Who handles your information
I’m Raghvendra Pratap Singh, based in Niš, Serbia, and I’m responsible for this portfolio and its enquiries. Contact me at prataprps321@gmail.com about your information or this notice.
Enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message so I can respond to a project, work opportunity or question. You may use a preferred name. Without a reply address and message, I can’t respond. Please leave out medical, financial or other sensitive details.
For requests about engaging my services, I use this information to take steps you request before a potential contract. For other correspondence, I rely on my legitimate interest in answering people who contact me. Preventing abuse and keeping the service secure are also legitimate interests. I don’t use enquiries for marketing, sell them or make automated decisions about you.
Services and international processing
Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the contact service. Neon stores enquiries in a database in Frankfurt, Germany. Resend sends me a notification containing your message and reply address, and Google Gmail receives the notification and subsequent correspondence. Emailing me directly also uses email providers.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. An EU database or sending region does not mean every copy stays in the EU. Healthchecks.io monitors whether the contact service is running; its success pings contain no enquiry details.
Retention
Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion 180 days after submission. I use the same review and deletion period for ordinary enquiry emails. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, I may retain necessary contract or accounting records separately for the applicable legal period and explain that when we work together. A justified legal obligation or claim may require specific records to be kept longer.
Security rate-limit records contain a keyed hash of an email address, expire after a 15-minute window and are removed by the scheduled worker. The database has a six-hour recovery window. Hosting, email and provider security records have separate retention policies; deleting a website enquiry does not automatically delete those copies.
Browsing and external links
The portfolio code does not add advertising, visitor analytics or tracking cookies. Hosting providers process technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Project links take you to external websites with their own privacy practices.
The interactive project demos run in your browser. Images selected for the converter and content entered in the demos are not uploaded by the portfolio.
Your choices and rights
Email me to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. I’ll assess requests under the applicable law, normally within one month, and may need proportionate verification of your identity. Please don’t send identity documents unless we’ve established that they’re necessary.
You can complain to a data protection authority, including the authority in your EU country where applicable or Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Contacting me first is optional.
